Processing of Personal Data
The basis for processing personal data is the preparation or execution of a contract between the registrar and the customer, as well as the legitimate interest of the registrar, for example, in managing customer relationships, invoicing, and carrying out direct marketing.

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes: managing and developing customer relationships, providing services, verifying customer transactions, developing customer service and business operations, marketing, targeting advertising on our own and third-party online services, analysis and statistics, opinion and market research, and other similar purposes. Personal data is processed within the limits allowed and required by data protection law.

Processed Data Content
We process the following information in our register: company name and business ID, billing information, service content information, electronic identification data, contact information, and data on the use of our websites.

Retention Periods of Personal Data
Personal data is retained and processed as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Customer data is generally retained and processed for the duration of the customer relationship and for up to two (2) years after the termination of the contract. Data collected for marketing purposes is retained indefinitely.

Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the right to be informed about the processing of personal data and the right to access personal data. Additionally, under certain conditions, the data subject has the right to correct or delete personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. The data subject also has the right to withdraw their consent and file a complaint with the supervisory authority. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact the registrar in writing. Exercising the rights of the data subject requires identification, so we ask you to provide the necessary information for identification. Cadiator Oy handles requests related to the rights of registered users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and retains information about the exercise of these rights for two years.
